We ship Australia-wide through Australia Post. Arrival times can and will vary depending on the location of the parcel’s destination. All of our orders are shipped as a large letter in a flat box mailer that will fit in your residential mailbox or PO box. Please note, unless Registered Letter Post is chosen for your order, it will not come with tracking.
We pack all of our orders on demand so we ask you please allow 1 – 2 weeks for yours to be dispatched. You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been ‘completed’ meaning it has been handed over to AusPost. Unless tracked we cannot locate where your order is the postal system. We work swiftly to have your order out the door as soon as possible after it has been cleared in our system.
We accept addresses within Australia but unfortunately cannot ship to Western Australia.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct as orders that return to our office after being sent will incur an additional fee to re-post.
Shipping prices:
- Standard Letter Post: $4.00
- Registered Letter Post: $9.00 (includes tracking and must be collected at a PO if no one home upon delivery)
- Express Post: $15.00 (includes tracking + insurance for orders over $100, can be left at your property if your postie deems suitable to do so)
Please note: Orders exceeding $60.00 in seeds will be upgraded to Registered Post free of charge.
