Common Name: Yarrow Cloth of Gold, Achillea Cloth of Gold.
Scientific Name: Achillea fillpendulina
Physical Attributes: Bright Yellow plate sized flowers form in clusters atop tall muted green stems. Foliage is fern-like and feathery to the touch.
Uses: Cut flowers fresh or dried, beds and borders.

Sowing Method: Surface sow direct onto moist garden beds after the last frost has passed or start seeds indoors in containers of well drained soil. Do not cover seeds with soil as they require light to germinate. Keep soil moist and in a warm location.

Maintenance: Drought tolerant once established but at its best with some summer water. Easy to grow. Cut back spent blooms for longer flowering.
